Warehouse Pickup Details
  • Warehouse PIckup for Weekday Rental items must be scheduled.  (Call to Schedule)
  • Weekend Rental items can be picked up Friday 9am-3pm or Saturday 9am-12pm.
  • Weekend Rental Items can be returned Monday 9am-3pm (No Extra Charge).
  • We are Closed on Sundays
Delivery for Saturday and Sunday Events 
  • Contact us if an Exact Delivery or Pickup Time is Required.  **Additional Fees Apply**
  • Delivery Routes are Typically run on Thursday and Friday between 8:30am and 2:00pm.
  • Pickup Routes are Typically run on Monday and Tuesday between 8:00am and 2:00pm.
  • Contact us if Saturday Delivery is Required; **Limited Availability**
  • Standard Saturday Delivery Routes are run between 9am and 12pm.
Delivery for Weekday Events 
  • Typically Delivered 1 business day before your event, picked up 1 business day after your event
  • Weekday Delivery Routes are typically run between 8:30 and 2:00pm.

  • Monday events may have Friday or event-day delivery, based on item availability.
  • Friday events' pickup is typically on Monday unless needed for a weekend rental.
  • Rentals are Guaranteed for your event date only.
 

Frequently Asked Questions

 
There is no refund for canceled events.  We offer a 1 year raincheck in the amount of your current deposits for events that are canceled. You may use your rain check at any time during the year so long as the items are available at the time of booking. You may also apply your raincheck to other items pending availability. Contact our office to reschedule within 1 year of your original event date, and we will apply your accepted payments to the items required for your new date.
We offer chair and table setup and breakdown services for a fee, determined by the type of chairs and tables rented and the Delivery Location. Please Call for Pricing

When do you set up?

Rent The Occasion has a limited capacity for setups during each shift.  We prefer to perform setup activities a day in advance if possible.  We prioritize setups based on our availability and the needs of all of our customers.  If we commit to set up your event we will ensure the items are set up prior to your event start time.  We require completed seating diagrams 7 days prior to arrival to ensure a timely setup and a smooth setup process.
