Warehouse Pickup Details
  • Warehouse PIckup for Weekday Rental items must be scheduled.  (Call to Schedule)
  • Weekend Rental items can be picked up on Friday between 9am-4pm.
  • Weekend Rental Items can be returned Monday 9am-3pm (No Extra Charge).
  • We are Closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
Delivery for Saturday and Sunday Events 
  • Contact us if an Exact Delivery or Pickup Time is Required.  **Additional Fees Apply**
  • Delivery Routes are Typically run on Thursday and Friday between 8:30am and 2:00pm.
  • Pickup Routes are Typically run on Monday and Tuesday between 8:00am and 2:00pm.
  • Contact us if Saturday Delivery is Required; **Limited Availability**
  • Standard Saturday Delivery Routes are run between 9am and 12pm.
  • If Saturday Evening or Sunday pickup is REQUIRED, Please call (770)335-4679 before placing your order **Additional Charges Apply**
Delivery for Weekday Events 
  • Typically Delivered 1 business day before your event, picked up 1 business day after your event
  • Weekday Delivery Routes are typically run between 8:30 and 2:00pm.

  • Monday events may have Friday or event-day delivery, based on item availability.
  • Friday events' pickup is typically on Monday unless needed for a weekend rental.
  • Rentals are Guaranteed for your event date only.
 

Frequently Asked Questions

 
Your rental items are only reserved for the day of your event. Our rental prices cover from the day RTO schedules delivery until the day we are able to return for pickup.  We typically deliver on Thursday or Friday and Pickup on Monday or Tuesday. That time is covered by the advertised rental price however Rent The Occasion reserves the right to pickup the rental items anytime after the event is complete.
We do not deliver to parks, however  we do offer customer pickup at the warehouse for most items.

Where will the delivery items be delivered to?

  • If you have a tent we will set up the tent at the install location of your choice established during the ordering process.  The additional rental items will be left under the tent unless other arrangements are discussed prior to delivery.
  • If we are delivering to an Event Facility or Business, standard delivery must be to a First-floor ground level entrance within 40ft. From the delivery truck. (See Additional Charges Below if 1st Floor Delivery is not feasible)
  • For customers opting for self-setup, chairs will be delivered to the nearest threshold to the driveway, i.e. the Garage.
  • Backyard Delivery must be disclosed prior to arrival and Additional Fees Apply.  Please Call to Coordinate.

Additional Charges:

In cases where delivery impediments are present (e.g., elevators, steps, steep hills, gates, long walks, or narrow doorways) that require manual handling beyond standard dolly delivery, an additional fee will apply. This fee will be based on:

  • The number of items being delivered
  • The distance, time, and complexity of the delivery due to impediments
